My name is Taylor Callahan - I grew up in Marblehead, MA and have

always loved everything that  Boston and the North Shore has to offer.

With a lifelong passion for helping others, I’m proud to bring that same

energy and care to the real estate world.

 

I hold an undergraduate degree in Communication and Music from

Fairfield University, where I was also a Division I field hockey player —

an experience that shaped my drive, discipline, and collaborative spirit. I later earned both my Juris Doctor and MBA from Suffolk University’s evening division while working full-time in the financial services industry. I'm admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and am a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.

 

My core focus is representing buyers and sellers across Boston’s North Shore, offering a strategic, service-driven approach that combines local expertise with clear communication and trusted advocacy. I’m committed to helping clients navigate every step of the process with confidence—whether purchasing a first home, upgrading, downsizing, or preparing a property for market. In addition to my sales work, I also support leasing clients through Coastal Rental Group, a full-service rental platform I founded to address the growing need for rental representation in the area. Whether assisting landlords with strategic placement or guiding tenants through the leasing process, I ensure every client receives thoughtful, professional support at every level of the market.

Outside of real estate and legal work, I’m deeply committed to community service. I serve on the Board of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, where I co-chair the Community Service Committee, and I sit on the Board of Directors for The Dance Complex in Cambridge. I’m also part of the Massachusetts Homeless Youth Legal Network Taskforce, working to expand legal services and resources for youth experiencing homelessness across the state.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family and friends, staying active [including squeezing in some steps at Disney - I.Y.K.Y.N.], being “Auntie” to my eight nieces and nephews, traveling, enjoying live music, or—my favorite—being by (and on!) the ocean.
